Welcome to Smart Solutions Namibia, operated by Genix Trading Enterprises PTY LTD (hereafter referred to as "Smart Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site and services.

To purchase from Smart Solutions Namibia, you must create an account with accurate, complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login details. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Product Information and Availability

Our product offerings, primarily drop-shipped Datamars equipment and select IoT products, are subject to availability. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications will always be up to date or completely error-free. Some items may have limited availability or may sell out quickly.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and may be adjusted at any time based on supplier rates or currency fluctuations. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs, taxes, or duties, which may apply depending on the shipping location and product type. By completing a purchase, you accept responsibility for any additional charges.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout Namibia and internationally on select items. Given the complexities of Namibian shipping logistics, additional costs may apply in certain locations or for expedited service. Customers will be informed of any extra fees before finalizing an order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout; however, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing.

• International Orders: Orders shipped from suppliers outside Namibia may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Smart Solutions Namibia reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded to you.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Drop-Shipped Products: Returns for drop-shipped items may incur a restocking fee or additional shipping charges.
• IoT Products (Local Stock): Items in our local inventory may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

9. Warranty and Repairs

Product warranties may vary based on the manufacturer or supplier. Customers should refer to the warranty details provided with the product. For warranty claims on drop-shipped items, Smart Solutions Namibia may need to coordinate with the original supplier, which could extend processing times.

All content on the Smart Solutions Namibia website, including product images, text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use our content without written permission.
